Music and Poetry

In this workshop, Ms. Amy Wang-Hiller, a violinist, gave a performance and discussed how different rhythms can help regulate breathing. We also had a poetry session with the theme of gratefulness, positivity, and/or holiday spirit. To conclude, we had an open mic where we shared our poems and thoughts!

Storytelling

In our second workshop, we gave a presentation on the art of storytelling and literature. We engaged in a round robin storytelling activity, in which we created a story based on various prompts!

Photography

In our third workshop, we focused on the impacts of photography on mental wellness. We conducted a photography activity in which participants took pictures of various objects from different perspectives.
